Can you believe it?!
My sweet little Park is 5 months old today! And it's been a really big month!!

First of all he went on his first road trip to Beulah Beach and got to meet a ton of family. He was super great in the car and not a bad sleeper while we were there. Yep, all 5 of us slept in the same room!! That was interesting. Babies/kids make weird noises when they are sleeping.
Next he got to meet Grandma Atkins for the first time. Sandra was here for 4 nights and we loved every minute of it... especially the boys! She could do no wrong after the Toy Story 3 movie along with Woody & Buzz action figures. :-)
Park also started eating solids. "Eating" doesn't cut... it's more like inhaling! My other boys took awhile to get the hang of it but Parker has been a pro since the beginning. So far all we've tried is rice cereal and some mashed up bananas. I'm going to try to make more of my own baby food this time around. So if you have any pointers, please pass them along!!
Here he is grabbing at his spoon!! Feed me!!!

Nana feeding him at Beulah

He's also found his feet!! And lucky for us, they provide hours of entertainment.

And the big news is that he's finally rolling over!!! And here's the crazy thing... he only rolls from back to belly. Again, totally different from my first two. The first thing they both did was kind of fall onto their backs from their bellies. Not Park. When he's on his belly and he's had it he just starts screaming. There's no rolling. But he's a pro at rolling onto his belly. Go figure! He's also started sleeping on his belly sometimes too so we had to get rid of the swaddle. Well, it's slowly making it's way down his body. Right now I'm still swaddling him under his arms but hopefully we can get rid of it all together soon. I've stolen a trick for my sister and I'm putting him to bed with socks on his hands. It really helps him to not be able to take out his pacifier as easily!!
So that's the update. My baby is quickly growing up. And he's the cutest, happiest little thing ever!!!!!
